Administrative Division

The Administrative Division encompasses several organizational components that are critical to supporting the overall department mission. The Administrative Division consists of the Records Division, the Vehicle Maintenance Division, the Parma Regional Dispatch Center, and the management of department training for all sworn and non-sworn personnel. The Administrative Division also oversees critical operational functions such as building maintenance and security, communications systems, police cruiser and body camera systems, and the management of the Emergency Operations Center in the event of a city-wide emergency.  

Administrative Commander - Captain Thomas Siedlecki 

Captain Thomas Siedlecki was hired by the Parma Police Department in 1995. As the administrative division commander, Captain Siedlecki oversees a number of critical functions for the department, which includes managing the department's records management system and coordinating department training. Captain Siedlecki's policing experience is supported by a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University. Captain Siedlecki is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy (FBINA), the Certified Law Enforcement Executive program (CLEE), the Ohio State University's Public Safety Leadership Academy (PSLA), the Police Executive Leadership College (PELC), and is a Certified Property and Evidence Specialist.
